Developed in partnership with MGM Resorts, Playtech, and Fremantle, this adaptation of the iconic TV show is broadcast from a glass-walled studio at the MGM Grand, bringing the energy of the Strip to players in regulated international markets. During the thorough training program, participants are trained in knowledge of the rules, mechanical skills, consistency, and how to properly interact and entertain players. The multiplayer game mode starts outside the building at nighttime while loud music from the rave plays. If the player defeats the Dealer in the sudden death round, the player is shown driving home with the shotgun and a briefcase of money.

The controls are intuitive, mirroring the actions of loading and firing a shotgun. When a non-wagerer survives a round, the wagerer must bet their last wager on themselves before passing the title to the non-wagerer. This also resets the potential wagered drops (e.g., if the non-wagerer died on a 2-drop bet, the wager resets to 1-3 drops). The former wagerer can now only bet a higher number of drops than the previous wager (e.g., if the last wager was 2 drops, the new wagerer must bet 3 drops). In this case, the wagerer loses their title, which is transferred to the non-wagerer. Acquire a shotgun and the necessary shells from the store using your initial allowance of 666.

Both the player and the Dealer can possess a maximum of 8 items. Starting in round 2, a random set of consumable items is distributed to both the player and the Dealer before every turn, giving each party different advantages; two are given during round 2 and four during round 3. If the player is defeated in sudden death, they are shown entering a rusted, bronze gate with metallic spikes jutting into an all-white sky, presumably Heaven, with the text “YOU ARE DEAD” appearing on the screen. Midway through round 2, the player pulls out a bloody contract winzu casino with the name “GOD” signed in the name box, resembling the waiver the Dealer made the player sign before playing the game. The player enters the room with the Dealer and signs a General Release of Liability waiver by entering their name.
